Appellate RePresentation & Consultation

Focusing primarily on appeals in criminal defense and dependency & neglect cases, our appellate attorneys also have extensive experience representing clients in litigation, domestic relations, employment, and numerous other appellate matters.  

In addition to appellate representation, we also specialize in providing appellate consultation to other attorneys, including guidance on how and when to preserve issues for potential appellate review, as well as in posturing the case for a solid appellate argument all while still striving to win the case at trial.  As part of your case strategy team, our attorneys will help write effective motions, prepare for verbal objections, and guide the ongoing preservation of legal issues.
